It was a lovely sunny day so I started with a visit to Atsuta Jingu the shinto shrine in the centre of Nagoya. I'd been before but never discovered the walk to the lucky stone which you have to splash 3 times.Then a nostalgic trip to Toyota city. I'm staying at the Meitetsu hotel - it's quaint
and hasn't changed in the last 25 years (I lived here for 7 months 20 years ago in a tiny single room - I'booked a double this time!). I did like the glasses at the front desk!Today was party day - it was fantastic to meet up with old friends!
