Day 13 and back in Tokyo

I set off at 9 this morning to visit the Tokyo Tsukiji Fish Market, wow it's amazing after a wander round the local streets looking at the most amazing selection of all things fishy I went into the main market at 10 we had to queue and were directed in at one end but then were free to wander! The best bit for me was the giant ice crushing machine and seeing the large slabs of tuna being cut on a band saw. I went on my own and it was easy - I just followed the crowd.

I decided against a long wait for a fishy lunch and headed back to Ginza to do some more stationery shopping! ITOYA in Ginza is a must visit 12 floors in the main building and 6 in the annexe. Stationery is a Japanese art form. I escaped with a folding globe and a few pens!

My final destination wasTakashita Dori, home of weird and wonderful japan fashion and a 100 Yen shop to buy a new charging cable.

Finally I went out to dinner with Skye and Eva at yakkitori restaurant.
